Welcome to the AuPair-Options presented to you by Consult Options International. This is the service terms according to which you will use the site and its services. To use the site you should agree with its terms as well as to sign a legal agreement with us. Having that in mind we advise you to read it carefully.

Consult Options International have no claims on owning whatever information or image from your profile. That is why on the view of aiming to make your information and photos accessible to everyone by AuPair-Options, you can concede to the Consult Options International non-executive and free right to use, copy, give, show and present these images and information. If you allow the AuPair-Options to do this actions than your data will be accessible and can be found out by different Searchers. You give the right to Agencies, clients of the site to offer your profile to third persons. AuPair-Options also receives the right to use this information and photos for commercial and advertising purposes.

Fees
The AuPair-Options registration is free. When clicking on the "Submit” button you agree with the terms described above and with the AuPair-Options private data protection policy. A paid membership is non necessarily in order to present your profile and to search in AuPair-Options data-base. After you get your free registration, you can buy 30 and 90 days membership in order to receive a full access to a data-base concerning the contact information for Families and AuPair/Nanny. There are no other surcharge loaded by AuPair-Options(neither as commissions nor as accommodation fees). Everyone of our VIP-Members has the opportunity to renew one's VIP-Membership by selecting one of the VIP-Membership periods our site offers.

Your duties
Unacceptable actions and content of one or more of the listed below things will be a legal reason for us to lock your access to the site and the materials sent by you to be removed as well as to cancel your registration or membership. To use this site and the AuPair-Options services you should not do the following things:

(a) To add or to give your personal contact information as for example e-mail address, ICQ number, chat address or address of your personal web page in any of the text fields where there are no special requirements to do that.
(b) To upload or send whatever any information or announcement that can be considered as a competition to the AuPair-Options services. Offering any services to the registered AuPair-Options users and members, different from those offered and approved by the AuPair-Options is strongly forbidden. Under no circumstances the collection and using of e-mails with trade purpose is allowed.
(c) To review or share your password with third persons.
(d) To upload, send(also by e-mail) or in any other way to distribute illegal, insulting, threatening, that cause torment, slanderous, indecent, vulgar, connected with the private life, and racialist information or any other record that can cause complaints.
(e) To create and have more that one active profile at the same time. To every family, AuPair or Nanny is allowed to possess only one active profile in the AuPair-Options data-base.
(f) To send, upload, e-mail or in any other way to distribute information that you are not allowed to distribute according to some of the laws or contract relations (for example internal or confident information that is of possession of third persons received by you as a part of your contract between you and the information owner, or record found out by you under the terms of a contract concerning your obligation that this information should not be revealed to third persons. This is an information that threatens different kind of licenses, trade marks, trade secrets, copyright or other kind of private property of third people.
(g) To falsify or to manipulate in other way the signs in order to hide the information resources that this site offers.
(h) To upload, send, e-mail or distribute materials that contains virus or other kinds of computer codes, files and programs that aims to stop, limit and destroy the software function.
(i) To hinder or destroy(or to try to do that) this site, services or nets connected to the site; not to take into consideration the requirements, procedures, policies and network rules of this site.
(k) To insult or to show blue materials and pictures, as well as child abuse, infant pornography, other kinds of pictures revealing sexual relations with minor children or hard pornography. Also we will not permit you to show materials due to which proceedings can be started against the Consult Options International and its branch offices, partners and users, or they can cause public dissatisfaction.
(l) To contact other mebers of this site with the purpose of cheating them and gaining personal benefition.

There is no content control.
Consult Options International does not control the content of the user's profile as well as it is not obliged to do such a control no matter what is the purpose for that. The full information of the user is its own responsibility and not of the Consult Options International or its partner AuPair-Options.

Account deactivation and canceling.
AuPair-Options reserves the right to deactivate and cancel your account under the following circumstances:
(a)Your account will be deactivated if you have not use it during the last 45 days.This means that your profile will not be available. You will be informed by an e-mail that your account is deactivated.
(b)If you have not activated it up to 15 days after our announcement, it will be authomatically deleted from our data-base and AuPair-Options web-site.

We give no guarantee and bear no responsibility
We give no guarantee to all the services and products presented by this site as well as for the site itself. Consult Options International bears no responsibility for the accuracy and the truth of the information filled in the profiles of any of the AuPair, Nanny, Family or Agency. All the agreements between the parties rely on their prudence and on their account. All kind of expressed, implicit and statutory guarantees are rejected. Up to the limits of the forbidden by the law actions Consult Options International denies to give guarantees for security, reliability and operations of this site.
You- our main users- are aware of the fact that giving up any kind of information or digital images of AuPair-Options as well as downloading and uploading of any kind of material through the AuPair-Options site is your own responsibility and risk, and you are the only one responsible for any loss or damage concerning your data or images. It is pretty much the same thing when some damage appears to your computer system or there is a loss of data during the download and upload of any material.

Up to the limit allowed by the law Consult Options International will bear no responsibility for any direct, indirect, casual, of consequence, special, exemplary, on purpose damages even in case when Consult Options International has been announced about the possibility of such damages. The above mentioned denials of right and responsibility restrictions are in force under all circumstances.

Fee refunding policy
VIP-membership fees are not refundable. Once you have paid your fee to the AuPair-Options, a full access to the Family or AuPair/Nanny database is given to you. The information contains a contact record about our clients. If you give up before the end of your membership period of time(30 or 90 days) AuPair-Options will not refund your money. The VIP-membership sale is final.

General terms acceptation
When using this site or when applying for membership you confirm that you are committed to the described terms. All the law questions concerning this site and AuPair-Options services will be interpreted in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation. This service terms are an agreement as a whole between you and Consult Options International and also between you and AuPair-Options for using this site and the AuPair-Options services. If Consult Options International was not able to include a particular right or precautions this must not be interpreted as a denial of such a right or precautions. If a certain court determines that one or more of the above described rights and precautions are invalid, you should agree that the rest of these service terms are valid. You should have the same attitude towards the invalid rights and precautions but only up to the limit allowed by the law.

Changes
Consult Options International has the right to make changes in the current Terms of service. Consult Options International is not obliged to inform its clients for such changes. Everyone has to inform her/himself about such changes. The fact that someone does not know the Terms of service of our site can not justify one for what ever it is.

By pressing the Submit button you declare that the filled in information is correct. This is of equal power as if you have signed the application form. With this action you guarantee that the value of this sign is analogous to the handmade one.
